2. Order Processing & Shipping Timelines

2.1 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays). Orders placed after our daily processing cutoff time will be processed on the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

2.2 Shipping & Delivery Time

After your order is processed, it will be shipped immediately, and you can expect delivery within 5 business days from the date of shipping. This delivery timeline applies to all domestic (United States) and international destinations, with no exceptions.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays (for international orders), weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. We will do our best to ensure your order arrives on time and will provide updates if any delays occur.

3. Order Tracking
